A Message from the Founder
“I don’t understand youth development in any other way than through education and sport—two paths that must go hand in hand. My passion is simple: helping young people grow, achieve their dreams, and discover their true potential.
Soccer has always been more than just a game for me — it’s a powerful tool to teach values, build character, and create opportunities that can transform lives. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of directing youth academies for top European clubs, as well as teaching in secondary education both in Spain and in the United States, within some of the most prestigious public schools.
I hold a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and the UEFA PRO License, the highest coaching qualification in European football. This unique combination of academic and professional expertise allows me to approach player development with a holistic vision—blending the discipline of education with the excellence of elite sports.
With ON SPORTS, my mission is clear: to provide young athletes with experiences that go far beyond the game. Through soccer, we foster resilience, teamwork, ambition, and discipline—values that serve players for life, on and off the field.
ON SPORTS is not only about training and competition; it is about building memories for families, creating international opportunities, and inspiring the next generation to dream bigger and achieve more.
